The 42 year old Bernard Hopkins decided to continue his career at boxing, taking on the undefeated Joe Calzaghe. Hopkins is now at light heavyweight, fighting in an orthodox stance, and has a record of 48 wins, 4 losses, 1 draw with 32 knockouts. Some of his greatest defeats were Antonio Tarver, Oscar De La Hoya, Ronald Winky Wright, Felix Trinidad, and Robert Allen just to name a few. While he has defeated a lot of big names, he has also been in the game longer from middleweight then moving up to light heavyweight. He has no point to prove and definitely had his moments. There is a time to say no and retire while they are at the top of the game. In his fight with Winky Wright, Hopkins accomplished a lot by slowing down Winky.
